Executive Director of one of the India’s leading retail conglomerate the Pacific Group has over 20 years of experience in acquisition, development, finance, operations & marketing of retail real estate. Under his leadership the Pacific Group has grown to expand to about 3 million sq. ft. of retail space & about 1.5 million under development to be releases by 2022.
Born in the business family he has worked hard and together taken the family business from 50 crores revenue to about 500 crores. Mr. Bansal has been a visionary & a pioneer in his field of work. His investments that started off as a stand-alone opportunity have now been deemed imminent landmarks. One such example is that of his retail mall in West Delhi, which was the first of its kind that brought high street brands like Zara, Mac, Mango, Aldo, Gap, Superdry & many others to this part of Delhi. This investment has turned out to be the largest stand-alone contributor to the group’s top line.
Mr. Bansal has spent his early years at India’s most prestigious all boys’ boarding school, Mayo College Ajmer. He has done his under graduation in commerce from Delhi University & has studied business while aggressively expanding his retail presence in the country.
